Central Oklahoma Employers are strongly encouraged to take advantage of the resources available through JobFit Employer Central. Access to the JobFit Employer Central system is presently limited to employers with a work location in Oklahoma, Canadian and Logan County Oklahoma. This resource is provided through the generosity of the Central Oklahoma Workforce Investment Board.
AfterCareers and the Central Oklahoma Workforce Investment Board are currently exploring licensing options to make JobFit Employer Central available to national employers on a less restrictive basis.
- Post a company profile for review by qualified candidates.
- Post job openings.
- Build up to five Job Profiles in the JobFit System. JobFit will use these profiles to match your job openings with compatible job seekers and provide you with a list of matching job seekers.
- Perform a criteria directed candidate search.
Please note that our JobFit job seeker inventory is presently in the development stage. Now that our system is available online, we anticipate many new candidates will enter the JobFit System in the days and weeks ahead.
